Test won’t start

If test doesn’t start after one minute, please cancel and try again. If the problem persists, make sure you have a stable internet connection.

Results are inaccurate

There are different factors that can affect test results.
First check that you don’t have other apps running. If you do, please close them, since they could be using your internet connection.
Second, press the settings button, below “Test Now”. Check the accuracy settings. Range varies from 1 to 8. This determines how quick the test will be, being 8 the longer lasting and most accurate value.
Third, are you using Android 4.4 or above? (Kitkat). If you don’t you will still be able to run the internet speed test but results could be sometimes wrong.
